  Here, you will find pictures of our Fudgemasters 
  at work, from cooking to display on the shelves.


  Early in the morning, a Fudgemaster boils 
  the freshest milk and cream and the purest
  sugar in our steam kettle to make the base
  for the fudge. 

  The base is then poured into copper kettles
  and allowed to cool for a few hours. 

  When the base reaches the perfect
our fudgemasters add
  chocolate, vanilla, and other flavors
  and hand-whip the fudge to continue
  its cooling process.

  As the fudge starts to harden, they add any
  nuts, chocolate chips, and other mix-ins and
  pour it into pans. 

  The fudge must cool for a few more
  hours in the pans before it can be

  removed to be sliced and served to you.
