Room Deposits, Rentals & Capacities

Your package includes regular set up, round tables with white linen tablecloths, your choice of colored linen napkins in house (18 to choose from), bud vases, and clean up. 

A hall rental will apply when the hall minimums are not met.

 Main Floor:

Venetian Room, Riviera Room, Morocco Room - each has a capacity of 320 guests (less if a head table, dessert table, cake table are set up).  These three rooms can be combined to make a larger room. 

Minimum guarantee number of guests for each room on the main floor is 175 on Saturday evening and 160 any other day and during the day on Saturday.  Minimum guarantee for two rooms is 320+ guests.  Minimum guarantee for three rooms is 525+ guests.

Friday and Saturday events in the main floor rooms require a $500 deposit, other days $300.  This is applied to your balance.

Upper Floor: (elevator accessibility)

Eldorado and Cordoba - each has a capacity of 175 guests (depending on the usage of a head table).

Minimum guarantee number of guests for either of these rooms is 85 any time of any day. 

Friday and Saturday events in these rooms require a $500 deposit, other days $300.  This is applied to your balance.

Fiesta - this room has a capacity of 75 guests (depending on the usage of a head table).  Head tables of more than 10 seats are not recommended in this room.

Minimum guarantee number of guests is 50 (any time, any day).  There is a $300 deposit required which is applied to your balance.

Sierra - this room has a capacity of 56 guests (head tables of more than six seats is not recommended in this room).

Minimum guarantee number of guests is 35 (any time, any day).  There is a $300 deposit required which is applied to your balance.

Weddings and Banquets held on Fri/Sat/Sun must submit an additional $1,000 deposit 90 days before the event.  All functions are to be paid in full 14 days before the event.  (No personal checks accepted for final payments.)

Miscellaneous Extra Rentals:

Candelabras (pair) - $20.00
Piano - $25.00
Mirrors for table centers - $1.50 per table
Glass covered candles w/brass bottom - $2.00 per table
Candles with lampshade (Choose from:  burgundy, green, white) - $2.50 per table
Candles paired with mirrors - $3.25 per table
Chair Covers   -  $2.50
Chair Cover Sashes - $1.25

Michigan Liquor Control rules - No alcoholic beverages to be brought into or taken out of premises.  No alcohol served to those under 21 years of age.
